Our mission is to be part of the journey to propel Petronas to the “No.1 High Street Lubricants Brand” in the market by supplying Genuine and Premium Quality lubricants to Northern region of Peninsular Malaysia (Penang, Kedah, and Perlis).

To achieve this, we are customer-focused and committed to providing outstanding customer service to all our existing and new customers. Our well-trained employees are dedicated to serving the customer by understanding their needs, executing market offers, and providing the much-needed Genuine Petronas Lubricants in a timely manner.

Our story, where it all started…

Ban Lee Heng was established in the year 1991 and operated out the back of a home office supplying Petronas Lubricants to workshops and spare parts shops. Ban Lee Heng slowly grew recognition as a trusted distributor in the market. In 2009, Ban Lee Heng was incorporated to a Limited Company under the name of "Ban Lee Heng Lubes Sdn. Bhd." and in 2014 Ban Lee Heng Lubes Sdn. Bhd. was officially appointed by Petronas Lub Dagangan Sdn. Bhd. as a Market Executive Partner (MEP) and in 2018 expanded its serving area to the whole Northern Region (except Perak).

With over 29 years of experience in the field, Ban Lee Heng Lubes Sdn. Bhd. is the authorized distributor for Petronas Passenger Vehicle Lubricants and Motorcycle Lubricants, and we are dedicated to being the execution powerhouse of Petronas supplying trusted genuine Petronas lubricants to workshops and spare part shops.

Our office is located in Bandar Perda, Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang.
